Hug your beautifully grilled burger with 4oz of pure pretzel bun bliss. All buns are baked the same day they are shipped to ensure optimal freshness. Pretzels are always shipped fresh, never frozen.
Ordering instructions:
- Orders will be mailed out 1-2 business days after receipt of order based on transit times listed in our shipping policy.
- We are not open for pick-ups, deliveries or catering on weekends.
- Pick-ups require 24 hour notice as we bake everything fresh to order. No same-day walk-ins will be accepted.
- Each shipping address requires an individual order. We are not able to accept multiple addresses under one order.
- All carriers have removed delivery guarantees during the pandemic meaning we are unable to guarantee a specific date. If you request a specific date we will do our best to meet it based on the shipping timelines found here.
- Discount codes cannot be combined with any other offer and free shipping minimums still apply.
Our Bavarian soft pretzels buns are all-natural, preservative free with no additives and using only the highest quality ingredients. Because each pretzel is handmade slight variations in color and shape are normal.

Shipping deadlines
- Mail orders are shipped out typically 1-2 business days after ordered (depending on transit times - see map below for the transit time to your area). Orders are NOT sent out same day. We do not ship on weekends.
- 1 Day shipments are shipped Monday-Thursday (orders after 12:00 PM on Wednesday will be shipped out the following Monday.
- 2 Day shipments are shipped Monday – Wednesday (orders after 12:00 PM on Tuesday will be shipped out the following Monday.
- 3 Day shipments are shipped out Monday and Tuesday (orders after 12:00 PM on Monday will be shipped out the following week.
- 4 Day shipments are shipped out on Mondays

Free Shipping
- Orders shipped to the 48 continental United States states will qualify for free shipping with orders of $40.00 or more. AK and HI do not qualify for free shipping.
- Please note the use of a coupon may drop your order below the free shipping minimum and you will be charged for shipping.
Home Delivery
- Milwaukee area local home delivery orders will arrive within 1-4 business days. Only available for residents of Milwaukee, Ozaukee and Waukesha counties! We do not deliver on weekends.
Pickup at the bakery
- Orders MUST include date and time of pick up in the order notes section. Orders without this information will be processed within 1-2 business days and we will not be able to accommodate pick-up requests after that time frame.
- 24-hour notice is required for pickup orders as every pretzel is backed fresh to order.
- Pick up orders Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
- We are not open for pickups on weekends.
MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES
- Unfortunately, our system cannot combine multiple addresses under one order. Orders to multiple addresses require an individual order for each shipment or delivery. Thank you for understanding!

- Pretzels are always baked and shipped fresh on the same day. Products are never shipped frozen.
- PRETZELS MUST BE CONSUMED OR FROZEN THE DAY THEY ARRIVE. While we strive for excellent customer service, Milwaukee Pretzel cannot be responsible for spoiled product resulting from improper storage.
Reheating instructions
For the best pretzel experience possible, we strongly recommend following the reheating instructions below when baking up your order of Milwaukee Pretzels:
Please keep pretzels frozen until ready to eat if you are not going to eat them the day the arrive.
STEP 1: Remove pretzels from plastic bag.
STEP 2: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
STEP 3: Lightly mist or spray pretzel with water (butter or beer work too!) and gently sprinkle on the provided pretzel salt
STEP 4: Place the pretzel directly on your oven's baking rack or place them on a baking pan.
STEP 5: Bake time is dependent on ovens and pretzel size. Times will vary given your oven.
From thawed
Bites, 3oz and 5oz: 2-4 minutes
16 oz: 4-7 minutes
From frozen
Bites, 3oz and 5oz: 3-4 minutes
16 oz: 6-8 minutes
The best way to know if you pretzel is "done" is by gently pressing into the pretzel. When the pretzel is lightly crisp on the outside and soft and airy on the inside, that's when you know it's at the perfect state to pull and cool.
STEP 6: Enjoy!
Whatever you do not plan to bake, please keep frozen. We do not recommend thawing and re-freezing, as it will diminish the product quality
Storage instructions
Our products are preservative free. Please freeze whatever you do not plan on consuming the day you receive your pretzels. Pretzels are already packed in freezer safe bags and will last for up to 6 months frozen.
