Milwaukee Pretzel Company is committed to providing the best soft pretzel experience on the planet. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your pretzels, we encourage you to contact us at (414) 944-0849 between 9 AM and 5 PM CST or at help@milwaukeepretzel.com
Unfortunately, our pretzels are perishable and cannot be returned or exchanged. All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis.
Replacements:
For instances where product is defective, damaged or spoiled, you may contact us to request a replacement of your purchase within 3 days of receiving your shipment for a refund or exchange. Photos of damaged product will be required for us to process replacement and refund claims. Replacement shipments use ground shipping only. Expedited shipping will be at the cost of the customer. Please contact us at (414) 944-0849 or help@milwaukeepretzel.com. Please reference your order number in the email.
Refunds (if applicable):
Refunds are only valid for defective or damaged product. Milwaukee Pretzel Company is not responsible for spoilage due to user error. Refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, within ten (10) days.
Coupon Codes:
Coupon codes are available for our online store only. Coupon codes are not valid for corporate gift or catering orders. Coupon codes may drop your order below the free shipping minimum which you will then be charged for shipping. Discounts for "buy X get Y" are valid for ONE (1) free item only.
