Our Mission

Our mission is simple. To bring the pretzels we fell in love with in Germany to all of you. This means redefining what a soft pretzel should be and putting Milwaukee on the map as the home to the very best Bavarian style soft pretzels.

Bringing this mission to life means creating a warm and welcoming workplace and hiring a great team who hones their pretzel craft each and every day.
