We're made in Milwaukee, yes. But you can find us on menus in Seattle, Miami, Houston, Boston and hundreds of other cities throughout the country. Scroll this page to learn more about our wholesale options and why so many chefs are switching to us.
From day one, our sole focus has been how to make the best pretzel possible for as many customers as possible. We'll never prioritize other product lines because we don't have any! Pretzels are literally all we do.
From bites to beasts, we've got you covered
As we have grown, so have our capabilities. Our mix of automated and hand-rolled production lines gives us a unique position in the industry to meet a wide variety of customer needs.
Artisanal pretzels, even at scale
Our German-made equipment was designed and engineered to be gentle on our dough and maintain a strong dough structure. That, paired with slow fermentation, creates a richer, more complex flavor and beautiful rise.
Quick and easy to reheat, with long table hold times
Our pretzel is the perfect appetizer because it reheats in minutes and presents at the table like a hand-made artisanal soft pretzel. What's even better, our table hold times are the longest in the industry, ensuring the soft pretzel stays soft!
No matter where you are, we'll get it to you
We are committed to getting our product to you, regardless of your supply chain. Most of our customers purchase through their distributors. But for customers who prefer to buy direct, we have a network of trucking companies (high volume) and we can ship through UPS (low volume).
The pretzel possibilities are endless! From salty to sweet we have a wide variety of tried and true creations to delight your customers.
