Shipping Policy
WE CANNOT SHIP TO PO BOXES.
Holiday Shipping Information
Due to high order volume and carrier capacity during the holidays, we reserve the right to adjust the preferred ship date selected during the checkout process.
All orders placed before 4pm CST on 12/12/25 will ship before Christmas. We cannot guarantee a specific arrival date.
Orders placed after 4pm CST on 12/12/25 will resume shipping 1/5/25 regardless of shipping speed selected at checkout.
Shipping deadlines
- The shipping deadline selected at checkout is a preferred SHIP date. It is not a guaranteed ship date. We reserve the right to adjust the date based on production and shipping carrier capacity.
- Mail orders are processed 1-4 business days after ordered and are shipped depending on transit times to your area based on map below if you did NOT select a preferred ship date. Order volumes during the holidays may increase processing time.
- Orders are NOT sent out same day. We do not ship on weekends.
- 1 Day shipments are shipped Monday-Thursday. Orders after 12:00 PM on Wednesday will be shipped out the following Monday.
- 2 Day shipments are shipped Monday – Wednesday. Orders after 12:00 PM on Tuesday will be shipped out the following Monday.
- 3 Day shipments are shipped out Monday and Tuesday. Orders after 12:00 PM on Monday will be shipped out the following week.
- 4 Day shipments are shipped out on Mondays and are due by 12:00pm on Sundays.

Free Shipping
- Orders shipped to the 48 continental United States states will qualify for free shipping with orders of $50.00 or more. AK and HI do not qualify for free shipping.
- Please note the use of a coupon may drop your order below the free shipping minimum and you will be charged for shipping.
Pickup at the bakery
- Orders MUST include date and time of pick up in the order notes section. Orders without this information will be processed within 1-2 business days and we will not be able to accommodate pick-up requests after that time frame.
- 24-hour notice is required for pickup orders as every pretzel is backed fresh to order.
- Pick up orders Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
- We are not open for pickups on weekends.
MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES
- Unfortunately, our system cannot combine multiple addresses under one order. Orders to multiple addresses require an individual order for each shipment or delivery. Thank you for understanding!
IMPORTANT PRETZEL INFORMATION

- Pretzels are always baked and shipped fresh on the same day. Products are never shipped frozen.
- PRETZELS MUST BE CONSUMED OR FROZEN THE DAY THEY ARRIVE. While we strive for excellent customer service, Milwaukee Pretzel cannot be responsible for spoiled product resulting from improper storage.
Shipping deadlines
- Orders are not shipped out same day.
- Mail orders are typically (holiday volumes may delay these timelines) shipped via UPS Ground starting 1-4 business days after receipt based on your delivery address. Please reference the map below for the shipping days to your desired location.

COUPON CODES
- Coupon codes are valid for online store only. Coupon codes are not valid for corporate orders. Coupon codes are not valid for wholesale orders. The use of a coupon code may drop you below our free shipping minimums and you will be charged for shipping.
Shipping & Pick-up
When do orders ship out?
We only ship orders during the week for same week arrival. Please refer to the map below and the follow schedule to see when your order will ship.
- 1 Day shipments are shipped Monday-Thursday. One day shipments must be placed by 12:00 PM on Wednesdays to go out the same week. Orders placed after will go out the following week.
- 2 Day shipments are shipped Monday – Wednesday. 2-day shipments must be placed by 12:00 PM on Tuesdays to go out the same week. Orders placed after will go out the following week.
- 3 Day shipments are shipped out Monday and Tuesday. California will now only be shipping on MONDAYS. Three day shipments must be placed by 12:00 PM on Mondays to go out the same week. Orders placed after will go out the following week.
- 4 Day shipments are shipped out on Mondays only. Four day shipment orders are due by 12:00 PM on Sundays to go out that week.
Do orders go out the same day they are placed?
No. We bake fresh to order which means we need at least 24 hours notice. Orders are shipped the day they are baked per the schedule above to ensure they arrive with peak freshness. If you need expedited shipping please select the appropriate upgraded shipping option at checkout.
Can I ship to multiple addresses in one order?
No. Each individual address needs their own order.
What is your free shipping minimum?
Free shipping is available on all orders with a minimum $40 purchase to the 48 contiguous states. Free shipping minimum applies to one order going to a single address. We cannot send to multiple addresses in one order.
Pick up
Can I place an order to pick-up?
Yep! You can place an order to pick-up at our bakery free of charge.
What are your pick-up hours?
Orders are available for pick-up Monday through Friday from 9am - 5pm. We are not open for pick-ups on weekends.

Product
Are the pretzels shipped frozen?
No. We ship all of our products fresh the day they are baked. All products are shipped within their freshness window. Please follow enclosed instructions upon delivery.
What happens if I experience a shipping delay or there is an issue with my pretzels?
Please reach out to us within 48 hours of getting the product to start a damage claim.
Heating & Storage
How do I store the pretzels?
All pretzels should be frozen upon delivery if you do not plan on eating them that day. Our products are preservative-free so freezing is a must. All products come in freezer safe bags that can go right into the freezer.
How do I reheat the pretzels?
STEP 1: Remove pretzels from plastic bag.
STEP 2: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
STEP 3: Lightly mist or spray pretzel with water (butter or beer work too!) and gently sprinkle on the provided pretzel salt.
STEP 4: Place the pretzel directly on your oven's baking rack or place them on a baking pan.
STEP 5: Bake time is dependent on ovens and pretzel size. Times will vary given your oven.
From thawed:
Bites, 3oz and 5oz: 2-4 minutes
16 oz: 4-7 minutes
From frozen:
Bites, 3oz and 5oz: 3-4 minutes
16 oz: 6-8 minutes
The best way to know if you pretzel is "done" is by gently pressing into the pretzel. When the pretzel is lightly crisp on the outside and soft and airy on the inside, that's when you know it's at the perfect state to pull and cool.
